I ate literally 1kg of salad right now and I still feel hungry. Is this normal? Why does it seem like eating salad is almost the same thing as drinking water? It's low in calories but what's the point of eating it if it doesn't fill you up?

I know. I counted the potatoes as a main meal, the salad was tomato, cucumber and feta cheese. The point is it makes your meal more varied and more fun to eat, even though it barely adds calories or satiation to it
