is it possible to fix your spine ?

I have a nerd neck and lorodsia (the thing that makes your butt pronaunced)

I started doing streches week ago and want to get into calisthenics. bodyweight training is cool imo hopefully it will fix my spine and then i will start lifting.

I try to stay straigght when i sit but its very tiresome. I put a stick behind my shirt so i get the ehad aligned to it.

Am i going to make it ? is it possible ?

the hyperlordosis thing is also called anterior pelvic tilt, it's probably really common here as you get it from sitting with bad posture too much. You can fix that at least with stretches
