What's a good starting routine for a retard who wants to stop being a lazy piece of shit?

I... I showed up but I forgot my stuff back at home, so I had to run back and grab it and by the time I got back they were closed.
So is strong lifts 5x5 a good place to start, then just branch out from there when I can actually lift something more than 30 lbs?
