Can you run a full body routine every other day without resting weekends? Most routines call for mon/wed/fri but could you just keep going? Also, I do sprints for sport specific work. Should i do them on lifting days or off days, and if lifting, before or after?

It depends on the routine, and how new you are to liftan, if you're a newb doing Starting Strength, you need to rest on the weekends, but is it possible to design an every other day full body fitness regime that you'd do 7 days a fortnight? Certainly, yeah, of course
And I'd do the sprint work at the end of your workout, so it doesn't affect your lifting

Alright, Im running greyskulls lp with a few assistance excercises added right now. Im coming back after a break from lifting so Im trying to get back to where I was asap.
Yeah I did this when I started lifting again recently and it worked fine. Didn't see the need to rest at weekends, felt like a waste of time. You're lifting 7 out of 14 days which is nothing. Intensity might be high but volume wont be too bad by nature of the fact youre doing full body. I really enjoyed it. I hit 3 big compounds each session (legs/pull/push) with a couple of accessories.
