>work out
>feel nothing
Am I doing something wrong? I know so many people that tell me working out clears their mind, makes them more focused, gives them more energy etc but I've never felt anything like that

Workout harder, progressive overload. The more exhaustive or difficult, the more you'll feel.
Now can we have our Outlaw Star thread?

Work out harder.

Feeling nothing cannot be correct. At the very most you must feel exhausted. Seriously use your head! are you lifting heavy enough? are you doing enough exercises in your workouts? are you doing enough reps and sets? Are you using correct form?

Have you seen the videos of the people who deadlift so much that they pass out immediately afterwards? That is what you should be going for (to a lesser extent of course). You could also just try static holds x F.
