i think you can still lift its just gonna be a very cautious process. DO NOT listen to a doctor about powerlifting, they dont think people with healthy spines should be doing it. Try and find a physical therapist based around weight training in your area and get his opinion. Tons of people make gains with injuries, you just have to be very cautious. You expierenced the easy gains part of powerlifting, now your reaolve is being a tested and you want to give up, sounds like you dont really care about it much.
