Hey /fit/

I really want to start a fighting sport and would like to compete a little. No big contest mind you, just want to be decent in that sport.
I do strength training 3 times a week.
The thing is, I'm afraid of brain damage, but I don't mind body damages.
I'm interested in wrestling, is it a good idea ? BJJ don't attract me.

Learn bjj, wrestling, muy thai and boxing. If you step into a fight without being decent at all of them then you may get fucked by somone who can abuse it.

Yeah, and if ypure going. ToAnd fight then youre going to get fucked if youre not decent standing ip and on the ground. The best way to not get hit is to learn how to box and kick properly
