I miss DOMS so much dude. After being out of it for a month occasionally I relish the initial soreness. It's almost masochistic in a sense, I guess, but it's weird because I have no other masochistic tendencies. It just feels so fucking good and I don't know why. Anyone else have this feel?

Walking like you've shat yourself is punishment for not training legs. You've got to pay your do's - eventually the DOMs will reduce and you won't hurt much the next day and shouldn't make you waddle.

Deadlifts 4 sets
Leg Press (for Quads) 4 sets
Leg Press (for Glutes) 4 sets
Hamstring Curls 3 sets
Quad Extensions 3 sets

Train more often and do reasonable volume.

I do full body 3 times a week, squat every time, do some sort of deadlift and/or clean every time, do chin-ups every time, do push press or overhead press every time etc., and I never have any soreness.
