Whenever I have hit plateaus with my squat numbers, I have switched my leg days completely to machine workouts (leg press, hack squat, etc), while maintaining a focus on weight rather than reps. A week or two later, I return to the front and back squats, and find that the weight that I had previously struggled with is now too light.
Not sure if it will work for you, but it worked for me.

it never gets easier until you're putting up higher weight.
You should have attempted 175 by now. If you fail to do 175 twice, deload. Don't stagnate.
