>perfect diet
>excellent physical conditioning
>zero social life
How many on /fit/ are like this? I'm pretty sure having no social life is helping me a lot to get serious about my diet and training since the Chads I knew back in highschool all have beer guts now. Being a healthy shut-in is unusual but perfectly logical at the same time. I call this the /fit/ pseudo-hermit mode.
Same boat but I highly doubt that's a controversial thing to say here. I'm trying to improve though ive stopped playing vidya and started learning new skills

You'll start finding your way even more when you get a home gym.
Your only time of physical activity is during your workout. The rest of the time is pure recovery. Do not let the temptations of the outside world disturb your hermitage.

I have a treadmill at home and it's the number one reason why I'm so healthy now. I do 30 mins of jogging every day on it. Otherwise I don't get out of my house for anything other than going to the gym, buying groceries or paying bills.

It's all empty if you don't have a higher purpose. Sloots and friends /job won't make you happy anons
