But Sometimes i think it's 60% diet 20% workout and 20% genetics.

Genetics play a bigger role than i thought, specially on calves. Some dudes that do meme workouts and are skinny fucks have fucking perfect shredded calves and i do them every other day with all possible weight i can stand and get nothing. Infuriating.
