Has coffee addiction ruined anyone else's sleep over a long period of time and made them weaker? I think that and sugar has fucked me up badly.
I feel like it is wagie fuel that I am brainwashed in to having because it makes me feel energised and a go getter important person. The rational part of my brain can see the detriments, including the cost, but I can't convince myself emotionally.

A good night's sleep will make you feel so much better than caffeine does, I recovered from a stim addiction and the difference is incredible. I have to force myself to go to bed pretty early on weeknights but it's worth it
