So /fit/ how do you go by joining a gym? 10 months into my weight loss shit and i'm 115 down to be 6'2" 187 but I look like shit.
Any tips on what to look for in gyms, how to get over the anxiety of doing so? I just want to look normal.
Count the squat racks. More squat racks = more better. Most of the (((big name commercial gyms))) are severely deficient in free weight equipment.
