Anyone here cut out caffiene completely? It's one less thing I need in my body, and I think it's a crutch. I sleep regularly and wouldn't mind switching to decaf.

I'm on a summer bulk so I'm eating relatively healthy at home and when I'm at work I'm slamming burgers wings etc . I eat a lot of bananas and peanut butter shakes. Usually 1 coffee with no pastries.... is it low test?

if you get your caffeine the same time/place every day you can condition yourself to become sleepy when you take it. its called caffeine naps or something. your body gets used to the routine caffeine and slows you do in preparation for the energy hit
