They make sure to take their vitamin s. A modern diet is deficient in vitamin s, so you need to supplement.
>consistently good and or low calorie diet
can be achieved, even with cheating days
>extremely consistent with exercise
just 'consistent' is enough
>very active lifestyle
this is right, an office lardass can't make it
>good metabolism
this is genetics but you can adapt your metabolism very well with good quality food
>a combination of all of the above
Indeed
Is not impossible OP. Consistency is the only key.

You can't be ripped year round and expect to make any decent progress. Lean you can easily be. Don't eat like shit just because you're "bulking" and keep doing cardio
I am not "shredded" but I've had abs for over a year now without paying much attention to my diet.
I eat a normal college bro diet (high protein), but the main thing is that I stay away from junk food. Shit like candy, bakery goods, soft drinks, etc. are too sweet for me now. I only drink alcohol socially too.
I'm trying to incorporate cardio for heart gains but it's hard to motivate yourself when you're not fat. I think once you lift for a couple years, get a solid core, and cut that it's pretty hard to lose your abs.

Agreed except office lardasses can definitely make it, just gotta work that much harder

I eat healthy because I feel shit if I eat shit
Being vego helps because now when I'm too lazy to cook I can't just go grab a burger or KFC and eating a lot of veges is filling
Good metabolism anyway, could be because I'm 20 though but I've always been lean
Always lived an active life, I don't own a car because everything I need is within walking or cycling distance and I enjoy playing sports with friends

Welcome to /fit/, anon, the place with an unreasonably high expectation for the male physique. My girlfriend tells me I look like a Greek statue and have muscles in places she didn't think possible, but I just simply don't believe her.

This is what I would consider to be ripped/shredded etc., not me.
