Sorry, nope. Wrist size is pretty much all based on bone structure. Might increase a bit with forearms though.

I would actually avoid listening to music for the first couple weeks. It can be distracting when trying to learn proper form, and you want that there spacial awareness of the gym to become comfy with it. Speaking from experience.
