Is it actually possible to make it with 0 equipment? Seems impossible, every single routine I have ever seen, even the one thta I use requires equipment.

you can get jacked doing calisthenics and swimming. Honestly BF matters more than raw mass.
just have to do the right exercises. Handstand pushups and pullups are your core.
