hey there big guys, can you explain to me "cardio kills gains" meme?
i do light 1 weighted set 20 times before doing the real weights, i also do situps between sets, and work up a sweat in general. will i literally never ever have gains?
i have a weak ass heart and am trying to keep it exercising.

cardio should be done at end of weightlifting not before, so you don't deplete your glycogen stores doing cardio.
