Seriously, some people are on keto where I work. The stench is significant. Already lost customers, but I'm not the boss, so IDGAF.

You don't need them. You aren't getting any high scores for more ketone bodies in your urine. As long as you eat <30g or so of carbs a day and your other marcos are in check, you'll be in ketosis. Ketone strip testing is pointless and a waste of money in this case.

Don't worry bro, just cut out the carb and keep on chugging the caffeine and supplement, you'll be so full of stable energy level in no time thanks to your heart healthy diet :^)
Don't worry about the cholesterol level skyrocket tho, it's only HDL and not LDL :^)
