Hey /family/

I don't have trouble cutting, but always have trouble with energy levels while I'm cutting, and ever since I've started this new job - waiting tables, usually frantically running up and down several floors and back and forth across a huge restaurant - I get so, so tired. My shifts are long (2-2) and 5 days per week. It's constant motion and sometimes heavy lifting (stock).

My willpower is fine, but my energy levels are shit. I tried to compensate by eating more carbs (I usually try to stay under 50 net when I cut) but then I just stopped losing fat completely for three months.

Does anyone have any tips on how to not do a shitty job with no energy while still being able to lose this last ~10 pounds of fat I need off?

I've never had to drink those until recently and they do help to an extent with energy - usually 1-2 of the white ones during my shift plus free coffee - but I still get so sore and am completely obliterated by 2/3rds through my shift. My body hurts so badly by the end of the night.

Really shoot for a minimum of 8 hours of sleep, eat enough protein so you won't burn through muscle, and drink coffee. Those are the only things I've really found to work for me.
I was cutting for months while walking several miles a day (I go to a big university) and didn't eat enough protein or sleep enough and lost a shit load of muscle. I understand your burned out feeling, but that was my own fault because I didn't know how to cut the right way.

2 meals, 1000 kcals each, 1 before starting, one during your break. 1 coffee morning, one after each meal, no more. quit the sips, this is utter shit. stimulants fuck up your energy level, drink green tea instead.
if you still feel tired, keep a handful of almonds in your pocket, chomp a few and drink water when tiredness starts.
