-Jogged on treadmill for like 2 miles and right foot started hurting
-Get off and limp back home, now I literally have to drag my right foot to walk
-Goodbye gains for a week or more
Never doing cardio on a cut again fml. Should I get to a doctor though?

as a medical sonographer, i've seen way too many injuries associated with runners/joggers.
it's imo the worst type of cardio exercise one can do. just do low impact cardio like elliptical or swimming./

So you take time to learn proper form for lifting but not for running and then rage when you hurt yourself? Sad!
