as a medical sonographer, i've seen way too many injuries associated with runners/joggers.
it's imo the worst type of cardio exercise one can do. just do low impact cardio like elliptical or swimming./

So you take time to learn proper form for lifting but not for running and then rage when you hurt yourself? Sad!
