any /fit/ please could you help on working out wtf is wrong with my posture? i'm a skinny guy with a good diet yet and do plenty of walking every day, but for some reason it looks like i have a big fat gut and ass... is this "anterior pelvic tilt"?

"Plenty of walking every day" is not exercise, it's what middle aged women tell themselves to feel like it's not their fault they're fat
It's not your posture, you have proportionately more fat than you should have for the amount of muscle you have. BMI is a weight measurement - not a body composition measurement. A guy with low muscle and high fat could easily have the same BMI as a guy with low fat and high muscle.
tl;dr you're fatter than you think, walking isn't real exercise, your posture is fine

so i can fix this it's not just terrible genetics? I have a convex chest which adds to the effect, but I can fix this through exercise? All I really eat is grains fruit and veg, and the slightest bit of dairy here and there (not vegan tho)
