I'd recommend picking up and setting down progressively heavier weights. Sadly this is usually done over the period of time where you're eating less.

prolonged fasting will send you into autophagy which basically is your body using up old and useless cells. It's really good to do it at least once every 4-6 months for health benefits, but it will speed up your skin getting tighter.
