Low back disorders - Stuart McGill

I got that book yesterday, pretty neat, pirated it though since I am poorfag.
But yesterday I also got a book on ALL the stretch exersizes and what kind of muscle groups they reach. Will eliminate 40% of all fisio jobbos for 10 bucks.
what is very haunting to me though, is pic related, god that would take an eternity to learn.

Read pic related, is a must read for BBing
Most books by Delavier and Gundill are awesome
Strengh training anatomy
Got pic related from a buddy of mine.
A bit overkill for bodybuilding anatomy but the lower limb/upper limb chapters go through quite a few sports injuries and how you get them.

Practical programming for strength training 3rd edition. Main reason I learned how to make own programs.
>>42107339
this is the book I got, a bit basic and simple but for things other than cardio, but also some things weight lifting, its pretty useful. Not really advanced stuff tho.

Confessions of a Mask by Yukio Mishima really makes you appreciate the masculinity of the male body.

Just ordered Essentials of Strength and Conditioning 4th ed. Gonna go for my CSCS.
Also have a copy of Supertraining by Mel C Sif but decided to build up to reading it as it's a bit dense.
About half way through Starting Strength and am also interested in reading Becoming a Supple Leopard.
Might subscribe to Monthly Applications in Strength Sport, a monthly exercise science review journal.
Building up to reading this kind of stuff 3hrs every morning, so recommendations are welcome.

That essentials book is pretty good. Literature on nutrition/sports nutrition is easier to find rather than exercise and such.

This plus Scientific Principles of Strength Training and maybe the RTS Manual.
Body for life by Bill Phillips is what got me into weight lifting so it is naturally what I stick with, good read all the way through and is packed full of information and motivation

Unsubbed from all the fitness youtubers except frank yang.

Not exactly fitness related, but emotional fitness related:
Models by Mark Manson
and
How to be a 3% Man by Corey Wayne.
Both of these really reduced my autism around women, and I think they'd help out a lot of anons on /fit/ considering the threads I see on here everyday.
You can look like Chad all you want, but if you have zero social skills, confidence, or emotional stability, it won't help you much in your day to day interactions.
Awaken the Giant Within by Anthony Robins
No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert A. Glover
How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie
These three are also great for just general goal setting, social skill improvement, and life improvement.
Pic unrelated.
