I was wondering if it would be possible to make a morning smoothie containing all the daily vitamins/fiber we need.

This has got you covered. Its too expensive and too much work, dont stress about it. I drink a veggie smoothie every night, containing:
0,5l water
3 carrots
2 frozen cubes spinach
frozen broccoli
a banana
ginger
lemon juice
strawberries, blue berries, apple depends. I mix it up
Its really tasty, shitting is a pleasure, fills me up without any calories and you actually feel really great after a few weeks. Buying my mixer two years ago was one of the healthiest decisions I made in my life.
Its not expensive, easy to store since most stuff can be frozen, fast to make and really healthy.
