cook a big batch of meat and freeze/refrigerate the rest you dont use
if you can't meal prep for the week....sacrificing an hour or two of your time for one day, you aint gonna make it bro.

I guess I should buy one of those hermetic bags to keep it as fresh as possible also. Dried meat doesn't taste very good.
