What's up /fit/, so I'll give it to you straight, for my Height of 5'9”, I weigh way too much, about 210lb. I signed up for a nearby gym to solve this problem.
What would be the best way to get started to shed some of that fat? looking to downsize to 150lb if possible. Pic unrelated.

Never going to make it.
The "best" way is to lift til your tired and count your calories. My old mentor used to tell me "you can't outrun a bad diet".
If you are too lazy to read the sticky then how can you maintain a complex routine and diet?
