I personally would throw in a few more heavy sets on bench. For example if you do 3x10x100lbs, then throw on 20-30lbs and hit 3x2-3. Afterwards, just do whatever makes you feel it the most, for me it's paused db press, like 3-5 seconds pause.

That's kinda my methodology for most muscles/movements, though. If I'm eating/sleeping/recovering right, then I just load up the compound movements heavy for at least three extra sets.

Do you mean physique improvement or lifting improvement?

Don't worry about your physique, it will happen as a result of lifting heavy ass weight. Try to put on a pound a week while lifting hard, you can still do it with where you likely are in your progression as a beginner.

As far as lifting big ass weight goes, you should be aiming to put 5lbs onto your upper body lifts and 10lbs onto your lower body lifts every workout. If you're not doing that, or at least getting gains every week, you should eat more.

Muscles and a great physique will happen anon, focus on a strength and size base first. FWIW you look like you have great aesthetic potential.
