I have a relatively high BMI of 25.1 so I'm not sure wether I should lose weight before I start lifting in the gym. I've only done bodyweight stuff for two month and I don't feel like I'm making progress (two month is nothing I know, doesn't help that it's boring af)
I don't really look overweight do I?
What do you think my bodyfat-percentage is?
Should I stop caring, start lifting weights and cut later?
Also how do I fix my hips? Is the only option to fix my upper body to look less shit?
