If im a begineer, would it be better to do a brosplit, or a fullbody

If im a begineer, would it be better to do a brosplit, or a fullbody workout?

Shoiuld I also do cardio? Im a stick so i dont think so

Swiming 2 days a week btw.

I would start with full body, mostly compounds. It will give your body a chance to get used to lifting and get those stabilizers ready to go. Eventually move on to splits or whatever.

brosplits are for drug enhanced lifters
