If im a begineer, would it be better to do a brosplit, or a fullbody workout?
Shoiuld I also do cardio? Im a stick so i dont think so

I would start with full body, mostly compounds. It will give your body a chance to get used to lifting and get those stabilizers ready to go. Eventually move on to splits or whatever.
I would do every other day strength training, program on the sticky
if you are natural fullbody is always the answer
brosplits are for drug enhanced lifters
