my OHP is 70% of my bench, but I don't actually OHP more often than once every couple months
I just bench 3x a week with close grip bench one day and a lot of volume for accessories, seems to move both lifts up equally for me

Holy shit, mirin' that squat/frsquat and DL/power clean ratios. My squat and DL are exactly the same as yours but my front sqt and clean is much lower.
