When did you stop listening to the autists on /fit/ who don't even lift and start doing it your own way?

/fit/ is far too autistic about routines. Ain't no reason to confine yourself to shit like 5x5 or 3x10 if you can do more. Sometimes if I'm feeling good about a lift I'll just fucking go at it until my eyes bleed.

When i hurt my lower back doing deadlifts and squats. Never again.
After about 3 years of lifting and the realization that if I didnt make it interesting I could get bored of it.
I like cardio.
