It's an okay body fat. You can do a clean bulk, high protein diet and lose fat while gaining muscle. Tim Ferriss's approach is interesting, and I'm going to start it for a dirty bulk.

I know the term , but what exactly does "Dirty bulk", "Clean bulk", mean? Is it just eating tons of shit but at the same time being mindful?

Will I loose fat/gain muscle from just the good eating ? I find it so hard to gain weight

Dirty bulk is eating EVERYTHING, see food? EAT IT. Clean bulk is basically eating 500 calories above TDEE
