Hey /fit/ I need your help. I used to be a stick, but recently I've been working out but the routine is really light, so I need your help because I think I can do more now. Here it is:
-30 minutes of cardio, typically only running, making about 3 miles or more in that time.
-Stretching
-Machine lifting, switching back and forth daily from either legs or arms
-Stretching
And that's all. I can't lift using weights as I have no /fit/ bros to lift with, and thus no one to spot me, and it's good to stay safe. So please give me some suggestions, I need it. Oh, and I have to work out at a YMCA, so that also may be a problem.

do old school gymnastics like handstand pushups and pullups instead of gay machines. add some heavy intervals into your cardio

What exactly do you mean in heavy intervals? Like pushing myself hard for a minute or so?
