hey /fit/

im new here and am tired of looking like shit and want to turn my life around tomorrow

i have a crippling fear of going to the gym so i wanted to work out at home. all ive got is one 25lb dumbbell my mom gave me, can i make serious gains with it? ive been doing a couple hundred curls a day with it for a while and it seems to be working.

just go to the gym, nobody gives a fuck. I guess some people will look, if you're a fatty.but you must be used to that. i personally like to watch landwhales excersising, because I'm not from burgerland and they're not so common here. it's an amusing sight. but if they're consistent and work hard they have my sympathies. It's rare though. just do it. hit the gym.
