I work here now
Give me tips on lifting others peoples furniture and staying alive
Some days are 12 hours long.
Remember to always lift with your back in a jerking, twisting fashion

RIP you are'r back

Reverse hypers and hanging leg raises, gluteham raises and stretching

I work as a mover a few times a month.
I had few consecutive 12+ hour shifts the other week.
It's a lot less lifting than you think. Obviously, yes, you're lifting things.
But you're never lifting anything more than 150lbs, and even then, it'll be like once or twice a move.
The biggest issue is maintain good grip strength and strong legs. If you work in a city, you're gonna deal with a LOT of stairs.

>Grip strength
This is the shit that fucking kills me at this job.
Wear deodorant or cologne or something.
Every time I paid someone move some furniture of mine they stunk like shit.

>not moving your own furniture for a free workout and saving money
I literally offer to help friends move bc I enjoy it
>>42095857
>doing for free what you could be making money for
Never gonna make it, goy
>>42095857
Yeah, I help my friends move when it's on Saturday or Sunday, but all my friends and I work Mon-Fri.
I get that you NEETs have all the time in the world to do things, but you don't have the money to do billions of other things, like concerts, trips, travel, etc.
