My left shoulder got fucked from benching too heavy, and now it's been impinged since may.
Been doing therapy exercises and stretching

fix your scapular retraction, when you start working your shoulder again, make it push ups and not barbell work for a few months.

Try having a torn labrum in both shoulders. Do your rehab and if that doesn't work, see a specialist
