Look, I'll take the unpopular opinion and tell you the truth. There's a group of lads I know who are into Ibiza and stuff, and they use Var to cut every year. The rest of the year they take a load of gear and drink every weekend. They're not big but they're shredded.

But what they don't tell you is how they will feel like complete shit by week 4ish. When they've nuked their HPTA. You've got to remember you're not a normie like them and that because you've been brought up on a chinese image board you're fuelled by anxiety and depression. So when your homeostasis goes out the window and you're a big ball of oestrogen you're gonna be borderline suicidal.

There's a lot online about baby's first test cycle. Treat it like HRT and never look back. Even if you've only started going to gym 6 months ago.
