Yo. I'm trying this thing (http://www.muscleandfitness.com/workouts/workout-routines/complete-mf-beginners-training-guide-0?day=1) and I'd like to know how I should choose my beginning weights. I'm a big guy and have no problem lifting heavy things but I'm a bit lost on this.

if you can handle heavy weight then do heavy
