Is there a way to unironically achieve chimpanzee-like functional strength, core and forearms?
Can humans even achieve it? I don't want to be only able to lift heavy weights if I have a perfect bar with a perfect grip with a perfect form.
I want ape mode.

Yes do calisthenics , if you look at monkeys thats all they do
Monkeys have amazing grip strength because they are designed to swing from branches.

Calisthenics and using full body movements for everything.
Chimps are on the move none stop, they climb trees, walk on all fours, crack open things with their hands, it's all about constant movement.
However you don't have testicles the size of a chimps so no, it's not possible for a normal human.
Chimps have huge testicles and a lot of testosterone.

My testicles are at least the size of 2 chimps

No
It's not their muscles but the nerves
In chimps a group of nerves will act on the entire arm while in humans the nerve bundles are more spread out allowing for finer motor movement and accuracy
A chimp can crush your skull but a human can hit a chimp in the head with a rock from several meters away
