Is posting a progress pic on facebook/instagram acceptable? I'm talking significant weight loss here (+25kg) not a few kilos.
Literally why
posting gains is one thing but showing everyone that you rejoined normal society is pretty desperate imo
It might be okay as long as you aren't a douche about it.
What's /fit/'s opinion on posting PRs though?

as a semi normie I can tell you that literally no one cares. Maybe if your friends also lift, but other than that, no one gives a fuck and most people don't even know what they mean.

Youre always gonna look like a douche posting a pr. You'll look good if you post a significant progress pic though.

Absolutely not, people should always remember you as a fatty
not acceptable if you're taking shirtless pics in front of a mirror to show off
maybe acceptable if you take two casual pics from years apart, one where you're fat with clothes on and other not fat, preferably pictures where there are friends or family
OP here, pic in question
acceptable to who?? Who gives a fuck. If you want to post it post it. If you're proud of yourself go ahead. It'll be a part of peoples lives for 2 seconds as they scroll past if it not "acceptable" to them.
