Is it true they're bad for weight loss & cutting? In the same way meat and eggs are bad for weight loss & cutting?

They're high calorie for low satiety. They're not bad in any other way, just as eggs and meat aren't bad in any other way, especially for cutting.
Bananas are good source of potassium if you're going to do extreme cardio such as running 3-5 miles a day

Bananas are a good source of potassium and carb intake (fruits & veggies, for example). Good snack to eat when you feel hungry, and post-workout it makes for great recovery food alongside your protein shake. Great for flushing out your bowels too. All in all I r8 8/8 m8.

Bananas are a good way to make your protien shakes thicker/smoother without having to add milk (estrogen)

it was a marketing ruse made up in the early 20th century to bolster lagging banana sales - it's technically true that bananas are a good source of potassium but so is any fruit, vegetable, legume, or grain, even many meats are a better source of potassium than bananas (eg: salmon has more potassium than a banana)

The only cardio /fit/ does is those 3 to 5 steps you take after stubbing your toe on a dumbbell.
