>Lost 8lbs in 2 weeks
>no visible difference
Wanted to post pics but fuck that, I'm disappoint.
I'm 171lbs 6'0, probably 17-18% bf,
lost 13lbs since started cutting to 1500cal (pretty sedentary if you don't countlifting).
How much should I cut before I can start a clean bulk? 12%?
And how should I go on about clean bulking?
Something like
>500cal surplus for 2 months
>gain about 8lbs (hopefully 50% muscle)
>maintenance for a week
>cut 500cal for a month
>start bulking again
Would that work?
Chloe was best waifu

well what did you expect? 8 lbs is nothing.

Indeed

If you're at 17% bodyfat at 6' and 171 lbs then you seriously need to start bulking right now. I think you're lying about height and incorrectly measuring bodyfat percentage
>>42082721
Ever consider that maybe you just lost water weight?
Professional fighters drop 20+ lbs of water weight over night.
>>42082721
Wow 8 whole lbs.
>>42082721
I'm about 3 weeks to a month behind you (6' and 185lbs and dropping)
I was thinking about the same for when I bulk
Just little steps like that and not huge swings where it can get out of control and harder and longer to turn bulk back to cut

>incorrectly measuring bodyfat percentage
Very likely i guess?
>>42082806
I lost about 4lbs one day where I sweated my ass off, but other than that the weight has been pretty stable during the whole cut.
I've noticed that if I lose any serious amount of water it only takes a day to gain it back.

Bet you don't look as shitty as I do, take that as motivation.
>>42082861
you're like 22-25% body fat at best
>>42082861
>>42082961
yup, around 25% BF with almost no muscle. Start lifting. And don't do a surplus for a while. Enjoy the noob gains phase as you lift, it's the only time you can gain muscle and lose fat while eating at maintenance.

I see, worse than I thought then.
atm these are my lifts
>bench press 130lbs
>squat 120lbs
>ohp 80 lbs
>>42083063
>tiny bench
>somehow still heavier than squat
goddamn man, what routine are you following?
>>42083084
5x5, but I got problems with form and shit,
I joined a gym to have a PT help me with exaclty that but they're fucking useless.
