I've had body dismorphia issues in the past. All I'll say is that you're an unreliable observer. You don't see what others see. So try not to look so much. Instead, track your stats. Empirical science won't lie to you. If your stats, weight and BF % are good, then others will think you look good, even if you don't.
Second, track them once a week, no more. I don't own scales anymore, or calipers. I take my stats every Monday morning at the gym, before I eat or drink anything (I try to take a dump too). That way I'm eliminating variables (my dumps usually weigh 0.5-1lb).
Sometimes I'll swear I look like I'm getting fat, that I'm losing my 6-pack or becoming less vascular. When stats come back, there's no change or I'll even have lost BF. All it was was a little water retention that was gone in a day...but I was freaked out for the whole day before.
