For the bench press I only did flat db for 65lbs but recently started benching and started at 135 two months ago and currently at 195 for 6 reps. I legit do 135 for 12 as warmup now. Bruh, you got to get on a consistent time schedule. Your body gets used to your fasting/feeding schedule and it makes it waay easier. I eat 8am-2pm on lifting days and 9am-1pm on rest days. If I was randomly eating late in the day some days it would be a struggle every night not to eat during my fasting period.
