How do I maximize my son's height gains?
He's 14 right now, just starting puberty and he's about 64 in
His birth mother was 60 in and im 67 in
What kind of foods should I try to get him to eat? He's pretty skinny right now but he's taken a little bit of an interest in lifting.
Is he just going to grow 3 inches in puberty to match my height? Or can I change it through regulating what he eats and the stuff he does?
