Okay, so I work in HVAC in the south so I don't have any time to work out at the moment but I will in the Fall. So I am eating at below calories to cut. So I am a 6'2 27 year old male at 205lb. When should I start bulking and when does the flabs leave?

Also have you been keeping a record of your weight week to week? Until you can start working out you should just be weighing yourself and making sure you're dropping weight consistently, then adjust your intake when weight loss slows

Started out about your height and weight. I quit cutting at 160lbs, maintained that for a month, and then started slowly bulking.

I would eat at maintenance and lift heavy for a while. Eat at a deficit if you really want to, but more than likely you'll end up skinny-fat for a while until you really put on some muscle definition

I know so thats why I am cutting. I bulk in fall and winter when work is slow. And cut in spring and summer when its busy and hot as fuck.

Just by giving yourself the excuse " I don't have any time to work out at the moment" youre already setting yourself up for failure and wasted time. Everyone has time m8. Hell you could wake up early in the morning everyday and walk 3 or 4 miles which would only take about an hour. Changing diet doesnt require time.
See you came onto this thread already with an excuse and with a time delay, somebody thats really determined would post their work schedule, tell us there food budget and tell us there goal. Youre mindset is that of a loser and for that we're out.

Thanks guys. I usually start my morning by leaving the house by 7:30am. I may usually come home by 8-10pm. I really want to make it. All I eat right now is fruits, lean meat, grilled for lunch. I will usually have a more properly cooked meal for dinner. So I am working as a trade doing heating and air so I go into really adverse conditions (mostly hot ass attics) so I only drink water. I am mainly cutting and hoping for some advice from you guys. However brutal and real it is. Thanks again, OP.

Ultimate goal is to be more fitter, toner body. Slow baby steps are okay. The last time I worked out was with the 5x5 in fall and winter. I have my own cage at home. I may start carrying my own gym cloth and working at after work?
