Theres a funny looking >120lb white guy at my old gym who would come to the gym in a full suit, with a karate gi underneath. He would proceed to punch the lat pull down machine in various ways for a half hour and then leave every single day.
One day I was using the machine as he walked in and still decided to start punching it.
It pissed me off so I loaded near my max and started slamming the weight down. He looked nervous and walked away. He ended up pacing back and forth around the gym until I was done on the machine. As soon as I left it he went right back over to punch it.
Not quite a run off the gym but I gave him a tough time
