Look OP, you need a routine. You can't just "squat for an hour." How the fuck do you even squat for an hour straight? What are you doing with your life?
You should be doing at least five exercises and you should be doing those two to three times a week. Full body every fucking time.
You can do a full body workout in an hour with 1 minute breaks between sets and then run a mile before or after your workout (preferably before).
