When cutting, is it completely fine to have a 24h fast 2-3 days a week AS LONG as you reach the same weekly deficit?

Or will I lose more muscle this way somehow?

yeah but drink some coffee black or tea cause your gonna feel like shit. NO SUGAR OR FOOD. You will lose slight muscle but your body will be put into ketosis in about a day. You can either refill with carbs or keep feeding your body fat since it's being adapted to eat fat.

You must be joking, you almost pass out from getting up from sitting down during a water fast. If you put a plate on the barbell, your heartrate would skyrocket close to max. I've water fasted for 3 weeks and that pic is 100% BS, stop looking for shortcuts.
